Villa Anavaya’s design encourages its guests to spend their time outdoors. Many of its facilities are located right outside the villa’s main living area, which opens up to the L-shaped saltwater infinity pool with an open-air pool jacuzzi. Aside from the living and dining areas inside the villa, a separate lounge and dining area are also situated outdoors. It has a cocktail bar, barbecue, an outdoor kitchen with grills, and plenty of secret spots in its manicured gardens. The fully-equipped indoor kitchen features a breakfast bar, a fitness area, a cinema, an entertainment lounge with a DVD player, a study or office, and a ping pong table.
There are six bedrooms, with five featuring king-size beds and one having twin beds for sharing. Each of the rooms has ensuite bathrooms and a private balcony. A seating area or day bed is available on each balcony, which are perfect spots for reading a book or simply closing your eyes to meditate.
The villa comes with daily housekeeping, a villa manager or concierge, butlers, and the estate feature 24/7 uniformed security. Guests also have access to a private beach, tennis court, and other amenities. Complimentary breakfast and roundtrip airport transfers are also included in the villa services.

The most amazing villa!
We had 2 families stay and all six bedrooms were spacious, luxurious with large ensuite’s. The views from the balconies off all bedrooms were spectacular. The dining/entertaining are had 360 degree views and a swimming pool with ample space for 2 families to lay in the sun and relax. Dej was our host, he facilitated all our activities, taxis and dining requests. He was incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly. The chef always obliged with our various dietary requests amongst our families.
Remarkable One
Everyday here has been fantastic. The service has been flawless and the meals have been unforgettable. We all arrived with clouds over us (both literally and metaphorically) and we leave with happiness under sunny cloudless sky. This is what the doctor should order as a cure for insomnia. Anavaya Team truly makes a real holiday! Remarkable one!

Absolutely Incredible
Believe it or not, the pictures of this villa *do not* do it justice. The rooms, hallways, movie room, art, etc.. are all lovely, but the star of the show is the main living area next to the infinity pool.
The view from the pool level is insane and needs to be seen in order to be believed. We stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and could not stop staring at the horizon. The weather in January was perfect, so the open-air design of this floor could not have been better.
Our group (8 adults, 5 kids) ate all our meals in the dining area by the pool. Most of us lounged in the area all day. Many of us worked by the pool in the mornings. We even hired a yoga instructor one morning (booked through the villa staff) for a group practice by the pool. That view was the perfect backdrop for all of it.
Aside from the pool level, there were so many places to relax or play (6 bedroom suites, balcony/lounge chairs off all rooms, movie room, game room, gym) that it never once felt crowded…even with a group of 13 + staff.
The staff at the villa was truly a pleasure. They worked closely with us to ensure the kitchen was stocked with our favorite snacks & drinks before we arrived, customized our meal plans every day and found a way to turn all our requests into reality. This included customized cocktail service in the evenings, on-site massages for the adults and even a cooking class on our last night.
Honestly the villa was so spacious and comfortable that we rarely left during our stay. That said, our group did enjoy the nearby Football Golf course and the Beach Club located within Samujana. We also hired babysitters one evening (again…booked through the villa staff) to visit the Night Market at Fisherman’s Village — great time, highly recommend for a few hours with or without the kids.
We give a huge heartfelt “thank you” to Wan and Dej (villa managers) for taking such great care of us during our stay, to Chef for all the delicious meals & instruction and to the cleaning staff for helping us forget we were staying with 5 children. 🙂
Can’t recommend this villa highly enough. Already dreaming of our return visit!
The Most Beautiful Villa I have Ever Been To
The most beautiful villa I have ever been to and all my guests feel the same. Khun Dej & Khun Wan are the best I have ever encountered. Chef was amazing! The team were absolutely super! Amazing Service. So accomodating! Friendly and smiling all the time! Cleanliness was great. Food was fantastic. Thank you for an amazing 4 days.
Fabulous days!
We spent a fabulous five days here for my sister’s wedding. The villa view and staff were fabulous! It will be very hard to go anywhere else for our next holiday. Such a beautiful spot for a romantic wedding and some relaxation.
